Both bank monthly credit the same way. The Collagen Club Elite ($150/month) gives you a bigger discount (15% vs. 10%) and a better Botox rate ($11/unit vs. $12/unit) — the higher tier pays for itself quickly if you get Botox regularly or spend more per visit. Annual Elite also includes a complimentary RF Microneedling session.
What's the difference between the two tiers?
Every active member — Basic or Elite, monthly or annual — gets one complimentary Mini CoolPeel or microneedling session each year. It's our thank-you for staying with us. Choose whichever treatment fits your skin goals that year, and we'll schedule it like any other appointment.
What's the yearly complimentary treatment?
Annual is the same benefits as monthly, paid upfront. $1,000 for Basic (versus $1,200 in monthly payments), $1,500 for Elite (versus $1,800). Elite annual also includes a complimentary RF Microneedling session, a $699 value. Your credit works the same way, rolls over the same way, and never expires while you're active.
How does annual pricing work?
No — as long as your membership stays active, your banked credit never expires. It's yours until you use it.
Does my credit expire?
Your discount applies to anything you pay beyond your credit balance — so the more you book, the more you save on top of what you've already banked.
Does the discount apply to my banked credit too?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time to match how you're using your membership.
Can I switch tiers later?
None on monthly — both tiers are month-to-month, so you can join, switch, pause, or cancel whenever it makes sense. Annual is a one-year commitment at the discounted rate.
