IS THIS YOU?
You might be a fit if you're noticing…
Brightening done safely and smartly.
THE APPROACH
Pigment is delicate — treated wrong, it can worsen. We take a careful, skin-type-aware approach using peels and resurfacing that lift pigment and boost cell turnover while protecting your skin. The result is a clearer, brighter, more even complexion that lasts.
WHAT TO EXPECT
How we even your tone.
I
Evaluate
We assess your pigment type — sun damage, melasma, or post-acne marks — since each responds differently to treatment.
II
Brighten
Through a customized series, we lift pigment and boost turnover while carefully protecting your skin.
III
Protect
Sun protection is everything with pigment — we'll set you up with a plan to keep results lasting and prevent recurrence.
GOOD TO KNOW
Common questions.
Can you treat melasma?
Yes. We treat melasma with our Level III TCA peel, which fades stubborn pigment without the heat of a laser, since the wrong laser can make melasma worse.
Will my dark spots come back?
Pigment can return with sun exposure, which is why daily SPF and a maintenance plan are essential. We'll guide you on keeping your results.
How many treatments will I need?
Most pigment plans are a series, since brightening happens gradually and safely. We'll map out your specific number during the consult.
How much does dark spot treatment cost at Bocaba?
Lighten & Brighten laser is $299 per session (series of three for $789). Chemical peels are $145 for Level I, $165 for Level II and $205 for a Level III TCA peel, and Advanced Microneedling and Mini CoolPeel are $425 each (series of three for $1,150).
Is there downtime with Lighten & Brighten?
No. Lighten & Brighten is a comfortable, focused laser treatment with zero downtime, so most clients go right back to their day.
What's the best treatment for sun spots versus melasma?
Sun spots often respond well to Lighten & Brighten laser or a Mini CoolPeel. Melasma does best with our Level III TCA peel, which fades stubborn pigment without the heat of a laser, since the wrong laser can make melasma worse.
